Irrelevant Pancard Club fraud complaints


When you find certain allegations against you, what is the best option to do, React or ignore? You do what you feel at that time. The only thing which takes the main stage is where the allegations stand in the market. Many say that any publicity is good publicity but it isn’t. For instance there were some accusations framed on Panoramic Universal Ltd about being fraud on their Pancard Club Investment scheme. There were comments and complaints posted over consumer complaints forums. Was it all genuine comments and requests?
Let us assume if it is right, then isn’t any law and order prevailing in our country? Why are not yet they satisfied? The thing is that they can’t go to court of law coz there is no way company is at fault. Of the majority of reports and complaints lodge customer say about their insurance claim getting rejected. No one ever mention the facts on which basis their insurance claim get rejected. The problems with such customers are that they never read terms and conditions of the investment scheme before investing in it. It is that they assume certain things and when their assumptions are proved to be wrong, they react in such a way. To avenge their feeling they post such comments about company being fraud and there is irregularity in their working. Some also went to claim that Pancard clubs Ltd. is not a part of Panoramic Universal Ltd.
The company have many members who invested in the Pancard Club Investment Scheme. If the company has defaulted in its terms and conditions why are other customers not complaining against them? Also, no can dent the practices used by business establishments which tend to kill competitions by black listing their competitors. Everyone has their own methodology which is unethical but it is not looked upon if it serves your needs. The rate at which the company is growing it will have to face such situations and should deal with it intelligently.
